Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LLP-PHOTOGRAPHY. Every image, print, and session is created with care and attention to detail. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order you are agreeing the these terms.

1. Digital Products

All digital downloads, including image files, presets, or photography packages, are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.
If you experience any technical issues with your download or receive the wrong files, please contact us at info@llp-photography.co.uk within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.

2. Physical Prints & Products

We want you to love your prints!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@llp-photography.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or custom orders.

• You may be required to return the defective item before a replacement is issued.

3. Photography Sessions & Services

Deposits and retainers for photo sessions or event bookings are non-refundable, as they secure your date and time.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 10 days in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
In the rare event that LLP-PHOTOGRAPHY must cancel, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
